Joshua Curry Cellars was founded on a singular belief: Success comes to those who genuinely strive to be the best, but treat others right along the way. Growing up in North Carolina, our founder Joshua Curry saw a split in the wine world. On one side was the traditional, exclusionary legacy of the past. On the other was the vibrant, intuitive energy of modern culture. Neither spoke to the common ground: genuine authenticity and shared victory.

Commercial winemakers can legally use over 70 FDA-approved chemical additives without listing them on the label. We use zero synthetic defoamers, chemical stabilizers, or lab-engineered modifiers.

Low-Sulfur & Living Fermentation

We rely on pristine vineyard fruit and minimal intervention. Low natural sulfites and living fermentation mean you experience the pure expression of the varietal—without the next-day chemical fog.

Industrial brands use heavy, synthetic color concentrates (like Mega Purple) to stain cheap, watered-down wines dark. Our wines get 100% of their rich, deep hues from natural grape skin contact and extended cellar aging.

Intentionally Small-Batch

We craft limited-barrel lots from select California vineyards. Because we operate at boutique scale, our cellar masters oversee every barrel by hand rather than processing wine through industrial pipelines.
